typos
removed the penalty for rolling a 1 on the Ability Die; getting a 1 on the Danger Die seems penalising enough, in retrospect
updated the penalty for getting a 1 on the Danger Die; now there's a bunch of scenarios, covering more circumstances and its up to the GM which applies when
updated some misc. wording
fixed a tiny bit of layout
