Buccaneers & Brine

You are a pirate! Sail on the high seas with your pirate buddies, command your Crew, gather and spend your Treasure, and generally get up to no good.

A TTRPG for a GM and however many players you want. Each player will control a single pirate, and work together to control their ship and miscellaneous crew.

• Rules Lite! Character creation takes seconds.
• Narrative Focus! Resolution mechanic is PBTA-ish, with a heavy focus on story over tactics.
• Shenanigans! Simple dice-pool system, with effects for highest/lowest rolls, and changing dice based on abilities.
• GM Guidance! A set of principles to follow to guarantee fun pirate-y madness.
• GM Tables! Helping you generate fun, Sea of Thieves/Pirates of the Carribean-esque mythical content.
• Ships! Minimal rules for handling naval stuff. Enough to work with, small enough to stay out of the way.

To play you'll need something to record your pirate and ship down (a bit of paper or a note on your phone), some d6s, some d4s and some d8s. 

Bottle of rum optional but recommended. Dressing up as a pirate and using a pirate voice optional but highly recommended.
