A minor update after the full release!

Firstly, HUGE thanks to the people playing an enjoying the game. It honestly means the absolute world to me. 

Just knowing someone is out there, enjoying the thing that I made! Aaaah!

OK, change log:

• the Core Rules PDF and the Running The Game PDF are now properly indexed. Bookmarks should appear in your PDF reader of choice. Let me know if there are any issues.
• new splash spark table in the Core Rules, relating to past injuries and scars
• very minor layout fixes to the Running The Game PDF, around the pages with the full gameplay example.
• added new Common Moves cheatsheet, and Backgrounds cheatsheet - hopefully these will be easier to throw in front of your players than asking them to parse through a rulebook.
• renamed all instances of "man" and "woman" in the character portraits to "masculine" and "feminine".
