0.6 Release

A new release!
0.6 covers a combination of changes I wanted to make anyway, plus changes that arose from playtesting in my home group.
Changelog:
- document is now portrait instead of landscape. This was a real tough decision! But I think its the right one.
- couple of Moves got new names, basically to clarify rules
- "designer notes" and descriptions, plus play examples, for all the basic Moves.
- reformatted a lot of the non-character specific rules to be explained better
- better explaining how Inventory, Gear, etc. should work
- more thorough description of how Histories should be decided and worked
- naming your horse and the starting items it has
- lots of typos, grammar changes, word alterations, etc.
- mostly to tighten Moves up
- new FitD inspired system for tracking damage, called a Trauma Stack.
- clarification of spell casting and what it is/how it works
As always, there's an infinite number of things still to do, but alas! They can come in 0.7
